Yes. We provide fully comprehensive insurance for our members and where selected their additional driver.
All members are checked on a case by case basis. We will seek advice from our insurers before the membership payment is taken.
Yes. We invite members from other countries. However, to become a member you need to be legally allowed to drive in the UK.
To allow other members to rotate through the cars we do ask that the cars are not held longer than 1 month.
Our standard times for weekday (Monday – Thursday) are from 12pm returned by 10am the following day. For weekends the standard times are from 10am on Friday to be returned by 10am on Monday. We can however provide a little flexibility with prior notice.
Yes. All additional drivers must complete the application form, supply the relevant documentation and be approved by us before driving any cars from the fleet. A fee applies and there are some limitations.
Yes. We provide corporate membership which can also be used as incentives for staff / suppliers. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Yes, however you need to notify us and travel is restricted to Europe. We will make sure you receive a travel pack and the correct legal/insurance documentation.
Yes. Please refer to your membership package for details. Extra miles will be charged at 0.5 points a mile.
Unused points can be transferred to your new membership. Simply apply again and we will transfer them across for you.
Memberships expire when all the points have been used. You can however renew your membership.

Yes. Contact us with your requirements. Locations outside of London are subject to a charge.
Contact us straight away. Our cars are all under 3 years old and well maintained, so it will be rare that this will happen, however, if it does we will repair or swap the car for you.
All cars are inspected by the team, with you at the collection / delivery. Any damage incurred during the hire period will be noted. We will contact our garage who provide us with negotiated rates. We will pass on the cost to you. Insurance excess is payable in the event of damage.
No. But if there is demand we can include a race track day as part of our member events.
