Condition Guide
Every piece is inspected by our team before it ships. Here's exactly what each condition grade means.
Never worn. Tags may or may not be attached.
- •No signs of wear whatsoever
- •Original hardware in perfect condition
- •No creasing, marks, or scuffs
- •Professionally cleaned and pressed before shipping
Worn 1–2 times. No visible signs of wear.
- •Looks and feels like new
- •Hardware fully functional with no scratches
- •No pilling, fading, or discoloration
- •Any extremely minor signs would be invisible during normal wear
Gently worn. Light signs of wear that don't affect appearance.
- •May have very faint creasing or softening of fabric
- •Hardware fully functional, may show minimal use
- •No stains, tears, or odor
- •Overall presents beautifully — most signs only visible on close inspection
Our inspection process
1. Authentication
Every piece is verified for authenticity — stitching, hardware, materials, labels, and serial numbers.
2. Condition check
We inspect fabric, zippers, buttons, lining, and overall structure. Items that don't meet our standards are retired.
3. Professional cleaning
Dry-cleaned or hand-washed based on care labels. Steamed, pressed, and packaged with care.
Received an item that doesn't match its grade?
We stand behind our condition ratings. If you receive a piece that doesn't match its listed condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll offer a full credit, replacement, or exchange — your choice.
