Timeline
- Return items within 30 days of receiving them
- Processing takes 3–5 business days after we receive your return
- Your next items ship as soon as the return is processed
Exchanges
- Free exchanges within the first 60 days of membership
- After that, swap items in your next monthly shipment
- Unlimited swaps are included in your membership
Damage Policy
Normal wear is covered — light creasing, minor marks from regular use, and small signs of wear are all expected and included at no extra cost. Excessive damage (tears, stains, burns, missing hardware, odor) may result in an assessment fee. We'll always reach out before charging.
